Operations Plan
This is where you will provide details about your operations plan. Where is the business located? What sort of real estate and buildings are included in the business? What capital equipment will be required to run the business? This is a good place to include floor plans and equipment lists (including valuation of existing equipment or expected costs of planned appropriations). This section is also the place to describe your operating methods. I prefer to see this section separate from the management plan because the management plan talks about the people, the organizational structure and strengths/weaknesses in the organization. The ops plan talks about how the managers will run the company. Think about establishing policies and procedures that will serve as a guide to all employees in how to do each job. If you already have policies and procedures, summarize them here.
