About me

This web site is created and maintained by John O’Leary. Mr. O’Leary earned his M.B.A. from The Citadel in Charleston South Carolina and a B.S. degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology from Northern Arizona University.

His career spans 25 years working in Engineering and Manufacturing companies in industries ranging from aerospace, automotive, electronics and medical devices. He has held mid-level and upper-level management positions and has developed a passion for strategic planning and organizational excellence. In 2001, Mr. O’Leary embarked on a number of new business startups and wound up advising other new business startups on creating business plans.

Mr. O’Leary currently lives and works in Charleston, South Carolina with his wife of almost 30 years. He manages an engineering prototype manufacturing facility and continues to consult with small business owners on business plan development.
